Q. My Item Arrived Broken or Damaged. What Can I Do?
A. We’re sorry that happened. Please take clear photos and email them to drinkevya@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll take care of it. Note: We aren’t responsible for minor packaging damage caused during shipping.
Q. I Ordered 2 or More Items, Why Did I Only Receive One?
A. Items may ship separately from different warehouses.
It’s normal to receive one item before another — don’t worry, the rest are on the way!
